LIBRARY:

Two resource libraries provide students with age-appropriate reading materials. 

Students are introduced to a wide variety of authors, illustrators, and literary genres to instill in them a love of literature and lifetime reading.  Basic library and research skills help students to critically evaluate information.  The Big Six method is used to conduct research and help students properly cite all sources of information. 

TECHNOLOGY CENTER:

Mount St Joseph Academy continues with to improve our state of the art technology learning facilities. 

Increased internet bandwidth and many new network enhancements allow Mount St. Joseph Academy to offer cutting edge technology curriculum to all grades from Pre K through 8th grade.

Our modern Dell computer lab has 18 student workstations.    Students learn the basics of keyboarding, word processing, Internet research, PowerPoint, and how to integrate technology into their academic experience.
